Order Processing & Delivery Timeline

Order Cutoff Time: 2:00 PM (Indian Standard Time)

Time to Handle: 1 business day (Monday–Saturday)

Delivery Time: 3 to 4 business days (Monday–Saturday)

As soon as you place your order, our team starts working on it to ensure timely shipping and proper order processing.

Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will get an order confirmation email with your order number and other information once you place your order. When the item ships, you’ll get another email with a tracking number and a link to track it. A final notification will also be issued when the package is delivered.

Shipping Carrier & Cost

We collaborate with Delhivery to make sure your goods arrive on time and in good condition. All orders are shipped with free standard shipping unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Shipping Area

We currently ship to locations all across India. At this time, we do not offer shipping outside India. Orders placed from outside the country will not be processed or shipped.

Packages that are Lost or Missing

If your tracking status says “delivered” but you haven’t received your package yet:

  • Double-check to make sure your mailing address is correct.
  • Search all the places where your package might have been left.
  • Ask someone at your residence or among your neighbours if they received the package.
  • Use your tracking number to get in touch with Delhivery directly.

Please get in touch with us right away if the package is officially reported lost. We will send you a replacement or issue a refund depending on your preference and product availability.
