Cash on Delivery (COD) — Advance Payment Policy

For all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders placed on nkherbal.com, an advance payment of ₹500 is required at the time of placing the order. Please read the following carefully before choosing the COD option:

  • The ₹500 advance is collected at checkout to confirm your genuine interest in the product and to reduce instances of rejected or undelivered orders.
  • This amount is part of your total order value — it is not an additional charge. The remaining balance is paid in cash directly to the delivery partner upon receipt of your order.
  • The ₹500 advance is non-refundable, except in the following cases:
    • The product arrives with a broken jar or damaged packaging.
    • The product’s seal is tampered or unpacked at the time of delivery.
  • In the event of a valid refund claim (broken jar / tampered seal), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence at info@nkherbal.com or call +91 98678 00415.
  • NK Herbal reserves the right to cancel a COD order if the advance payment is not completed at checkout.
