A family recipe, three generations in the making
NK Herbal traces its recipes to Nawab Rahim Khan, from a family of Hakims who prepared classical herbal formulations for royal households.
Today his daughter, Kyrah Khan, runs NK Herbal and prepares those recipes at our own unit in Vasai, Maharashtra. Every jar is filled, sealed and shipped by us, so when you order here you buy directly from the people who make it.
What goes into a prash
A prash is a thick herbal jam: powdered roots and seeds blended with nut oils, saffron and honey. A few of the ingredients you will find in ours:
- Safed MusliThe dried root of Chlorophytum borivilianum, a classic ingredient in Ayurvedic preparations.
- AshwagandhaThe root of Withania somnifera, one of the best-known herbs in Ayurveda.
- Kashmiri SaffronDried stigmas of the saffron crocus, for colour and aroma.
- Shuddh ShilajitPurified mineral resin from Himalayan rock.
- Kashmiri HoneyThe natural sweetener that binds every prash together.
Contains tree nuts and honey. Full ingredient lists and allergens are on every product page.
How it is taken
A small amount, once a day, as part of your routine. Always follow the serving printed on your jar.
- Once a dayMuejaza is taken after dinner, before sleep. For other jars, follow the timing printed on the label.
- Half a spoonOr the exact measure printed on your jar. Shilajit: a pea-sized portion.
- With warm milk or waterStir it in or take it alongside, whichever you prefer.

- Free delivery across IndiaOrder before 2 PM and we dispatch the next working day. Delivery takes 3–4 working days by Delhivery, with tracking by email.
- Pay online or part cash on deliveryPay in full by UPI, card or net banking, or pay ₹500 online and the rest to the courier. The ₹500 is part of your total.
- Damaged or wrong jar? We fix itTell us within 48 hours with photos and we replace it or refund you. Opened jars cannot be returned as these are food preparations.

Questions before you order
What is a prash?
A thick, spoonable Ayurvedic preparation, similar in texture to chyawanprash, made by blending powdered herbs, roots and seeds with nut oils, saffron and honey. It is taken in a small amount every day.
Are these medicines?
No. They are traditional food preparations, not medicines, and are not meant to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. If you take medicines or have a health condition, ask your doctor before use.

How does part cash on delivery work?
At checkout, pay ₹500 online by UPI, card or net banking. Pay the rest in cash to the Delhivery courier. For a ₹4,300 order that is ₹500 now and ₹3,800 on delivery.
