Our goal at NK Herbal is to make sure our customers are happy. We accept returns of our products that are defective or non-defective within 30 days after delivery.

Returns

For Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:

We will carefully verify the issue and, if the item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost, including shipping. Kindly get in touch with us right away.

Quality-Related Issues:

If we verify the issue, you can get a replacement or a complete refund. Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

For Non-Quality-Related Issues:

After reviewing the request, we may offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation. Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Returns Process

You must return items unused, in their original packing, and with all of their parts, papers, and accessories.

You can only return things that are in “NEW” condition. Returns that look like they’ve been opened, used, or tampered with may be turned down.

We process refunds within 5 business days of getting the item back to our warehouse. The money goes back to the original payment method.

Cancelling an Order

If you want to cancel an order, please get in touch with us within 2 hours after placing it on our website. Because we process orders so quickly, alterations or cancellations are not permissible beyond this time. Once you place an order, we will begin the fulfilment process.

When we receive your request, our customer care representative will check the status of your order and let you know if you can cancel it.
