  • Orders are dispatched via our trusted courier partners and typically delivered within 3–7 business days depending on the delivery location.


2. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping is chargeable on all orders, regardless of the order value.

  • Shipping charges will be calculated based on delivery location and order weight, and will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

  • There is no free shipping policy in place.


3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or email.

  • You can track your shipment using the tracking link or by contacting our support team.


4. Delivery Locations

  • We deliver across all major cities and towns in India.

  • If your location is not serviceable, we will notify you and initiate a full refund for your order.


5. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your product arrives in a damaged or defective condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Send us photos and your order number at nkherbalinfo@gmail.com or call us at +91 9004368886.

  • Upon verification, we will offer a replacement.


6. Failed Deliveries

  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the package, the order will be returned to us.

  • Re-shipping will be chargeable in such cases.
