All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful order confirmation. Orders are dispatched through trusted courier partners. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.


Delivery Timeline

Orders are typically delivered within 4–9 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier service availability. Delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, regional restrictions, or courier delays.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated based on the delivery location and order weight. The final shipping cost is clearly displayed at checkout before payment.


Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details are shared via SMS or email. You may track your shipment using the provided tracking link or by contacting our customer support team.


Delivery Locations

We currently deliver to most serviceable locations across India.
If an order cannot be delivered to a specific location, the customer will be informed and the order will be cancelled with a refund processed where applicable.


Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images of the product and outer packaging.

After verification:

  • A replacement will be arranged at no additional cost, where applicable.

  • Refunds are processed only if replacement is not possible.


Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of food-based and wellness products, returns are accepted only in cases where:

  • The product is damaged,

  • The product is defective, or

  • An incorrect item has been delivered.

Refunds, if applicable, are processed after verification and are credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.


Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, the shipment may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.
